Nov. 3-5, 2008:COBRE Mini-symposium on Cancer Experimental
Therapeutics and External Advisory Board Meeting. Seven PIs Lester Mitscher,
Director of the Medicinal Chemistry Core and Rathnam Chaguturu, Director of
the HTS laboratory, will give presentations. A poster session and One on One
meetings between EAB members and junior faculty are planned, along with a
trip to Stowers Medical Research Institute.
Feb. 18, 2008: Seminar: Zena Werb, University of California, San Francisco
"Mechanisms of epithelial migration and invasion in mammary development and
tumor progression". Co-sponsored with Molecular Biosciences Department.
